Deposits are non-refundable and necessary to secure all appointments. Should you reschedule within the allotted time, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. Please note that deposits can be transferred only once for a rescheduled appointment.
Life is unpredictable for everyone! Kindly reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. A reminder message will be sent to you. Failure to reschedule within the allotted time will result in the loss of your appointment deposit, and you will be required to book a new appointment with a fresh deposit. Remember, communication is essential.
Out of consideration for all clients, a 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving beyond this window may necessitate rescheduling and thus a forfeit of your deposit. Your service may be accommodated within the remaining appointment time at my discretion. Should you anticipate a delay, please contact me via call or text to discuss possible adjustments.
Unforeseen circumstances arise! If possible, please call or text me if you anticipate being late or unable to attend at all. Should you fail to show up, you will forfeit your deposit and incur a $25 charge.
Beautee Therapy by Tierra Lashay retains the right to deny service to anyone consider to be a safety risk.
Hate speech, bullying, sexual harassment, or any similar behavior will not be tolerated, and your service will be terminated immediately without a refund.
